SERVICES
The service provided by Bible SMS is access to Bible verses sent to
your cell phone via SMS Text Messaging ("Service") on a weekly
basis. Bible SMS reserves the right to send holiday greetings and important
news or updates via SMS.
LIMITATION OF SERVICES
You are responsible to determine whether your mobile phone and carrier
are compatible with Text Messaging Service (SMS). Your cell phone must
be capable of receiving text messages in order to use the service provided
by Bible SMS.
FEES
Bible SMS does not charge any service fees, signup fees, cancellation
fees or any other fees. You are liable for any fees and additional costs
charged by your cell phone carrier. Please check with your carrier to
determine usage charges for Text Messaging Service (SMS). Cell phone
carriers usually charge anywhere from 10-25 cents per text message whether
a message is sent or received.
HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
You can activate this service at any time by requesting a randomly generated
key and using the key provided to subscribe.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
You can stop or cancel this service at any time by requesting another
randomly generated key and using that specific key to unsubscribe.
TERMINATION
Bible SMS may discontinue this web site and or the Services at any time
without notice. Bible SMS may add or remove content as necessary without
any prior notice.
WARRANTY
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS
AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY

RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE
GIVEN BY BIBLE-SMS.COM OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF BIBLE-SMS.COM
SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF ANY WARRANTY.
